05:33 pm: The more you know...
Due to the testing schedule, I only had one class today. After I put the finishing touches on my cover project, I spent the rest of the afternoon continuing to read more about Photoshop. That pen tool is looking more and more useful. It seems a lot of professional anime-style artists use it for doing all their inking because it makes such sharp, smooth lines and curves. That might come in handy...if I ever get good enough at drawing to use it.

The sewing teacher gave me a little photo album with copies of the pictures she took of me making and wearing my yukata. Luckily, my eyes were open in all of them.

The pen tool is awsome. I use it all the time now, since finding a tutorial that went into great detail how to use it. Layers, also, are a beautiful, beautiful thing.

I wish I had bothered to look it up earlier...or that it was more intuitive to use. But for years I've just been ignoring it because I couldn't get it to do anything productive.

I love layers. I thought they were neat before, but they seem so much niftier now that I know what the different blending options are. Not to mention grouping.
