08:43 am: Beef may be what's for dinner, but it could use some proofreading first
Found this on the Washington State Beef Commission safety tips page while browsing for information for an icon...

  • Shop for meat, poultry and seafood last. Place meat packages in plastic bags, to avoid preventing it from touching other foods in the cart.

I wanted to know what the different USDA grades were for different types of beef, so I could use it for rating something.

    Same idea, different fandom. ^_^

I probably should email the maintainer of the site to let them know about it so they can fix it...but on the other hand, I'm vegetarian and philosophically opposed to eating beef, so why would I want to help improve their website? Just on general Web Grammar principles, I suppose...
