A potato chip by any other...flavor

Another day, another bunny lesson. If I keep up a rate of one per day, I will have exhausted the breadth of my knowledge before the week is out.

I went out hunting for the books I couldn't get yesterday, but still no luck. ;_;

While I was out, I picked up a few groceries. I got several bags of potato chips in a flavor that I really like. With Japanese flavors, there's no telling when they'll stop being available.

Japanese potato chip flavors are just...wacky. The most common flavors are lightly salted, nori (seaweed), and consommé. Many of the wilder flavors are meat-based, so I haven't ever tried them. Examples include tuna/mayonnaise and Kansai fish broth flavors, though no animal is safe. Shrimp, octopus, oysters, chicken, all are fair game for potato chip flavors.

The other day I tried two new non-meat varieties, basil/salt/pepper and citrus/pepper. The latter was...well...different, I can say that for certain.

The kind I bought today are not that...special. They're sour cream and onion, though a very mild flavor that doesn't have the biting saltiness of most other sour cream and onion chips I've ever had. The thing I like about them, though, is that the product name is Oh! Chips. <g>
